Sponsorship Opportunities
Barrel Sponsorship
Barrels are the main source of sponsorship. In return for sponsoring a barrel of beer you get your company name and logo on this website, your logo projected inside the beer festival (approx. 20ft by 20ft) as part of a rolling presentation and five sponsor's tickets which allow free entry and free drinks all night for one night at the Beer Festival.
On Thursday 16th February, traditionally sponsor's night, there will be a buffet exclusively for sponsors. On the 17th and 18th February you will have special access to the bar ensuring you and your guests get served quickly.
Many businesses use barrel sponsorship to reward staff or entertain key clients. Sponsoring a barrel costs just £150.
Tasting Notes Advert
An advert in the A5 tasting notes, which is given to everyone as they come in costs £250 for a half page advert or £400 for a full page. The tasting notes are printed in colour. Your logo will be projected inside the beer festival (approx. 20ft by 20ft) as part of a rolling presentation and five sponsor's tickets which allow free entry and free drinks all night for one night at the Beer Festival.
Corporate Sponsor
Corporate Sponsors get all the benefits of barrel sponsors plus a buffet and area for your exclusive use on Thursday 16th February. We will be happy to display your company banners in and around your exclusive bar. Corporate sponsors can bring up to 50 people.
Corporate sponsors are identified on the first page of the tasting notes.

Group Rate
Businesses who would like to bring 15 people can benefit from the group rate. This package includes adding your name and logo to the website and projection inside the beer festival hall (approx. 20ft by 20ft) as part of a rolling presentation, a half page advert in the tasting notes and access to the buffet. The group rate is £500 (for the first 15 people) + £30 for each extra person. This special rate is only available for Thursday 16th February.
Glasses Sponsor
Raworths are sponsoring our glasses for the fifth year in succession. We have produced 3,000 glasses each bearing Raworths logo, the Round Table rondel and the date of this year's Beer Festival. Glasses are given to everyone when they come in and are theirs to keep.
Beer Tokens Sponsor
We will be printing 20,000 Beer vouchers. Each person paying to enter the beer festival will receive 6 of the beer tokens which are exchanged for drinks at the bar. Further tokens can be purchased at £1 each. The cost to have your company logo or advert on the rear of the beer tokens is £600, plus you can bring 10 guests along for free beer all night.
